Ogletree Deakins Stays Put, Renews at Camelback Esplanade
Ogletree Deakins opted to stay put in its space at Camelback Esplanade, inking a deal that will expand its space at the 218,387-square-foot Esplanade III at 2415 E. Camelback Rd. in Phoenix. Under the new lease, the labor and employment law firm will expand to 18,801 square feet on the eighth floor for this regional office.
John Pierson, Trevor Pratt and Lauren Lovell with JLL represented the tenant. Jim Achen and Bill Zurek with Transwestern self-represented the landlord. Esplanade III is part of the larger Camelback Esplanade mixed-use development, which includes five mid-rise office towers, an AMC dine-in movie theatre, Starbucks, Tocaya Organica, Merc Bar and FLINT by Baltaire.
“After evaluating its relocation options, Ogletree ultimately found that its current location was the best one to support its expansion plans, maintain continuity in its operations and continue to provide a premier environment for its employees and clients,” Pierson said.
