Ogletree Deakins Moves NYC Office to Rockefeller Center

Multinational law firm Ogletree Deakins will relocate and expand its current New York office to 18,000 square feet on the 24th floor of 1270 Ave. of the Americas at Rockefeller Center. The new location will be home to 20 attorneys and 10 business professionals, with room to add talent to service the growing client demand.

“We are delighted Ogletree Deakins has chosen Rockefeller Center as their New York headquarters,” said EB Kelly, senior managing director at Tishman Speyer and head of Rockefeller Center. “They will join the ranks of prestigious law firms who have recently put down or expanded their roots here, drawn by the deep sense of New York City soul and best-in-class amenities across campus.”

Since 2023, 11 law firms have executed on new commitments or expansions at the Center. Ogletree Deakins was represented by Michael Berg, Sofia Bruno, Elizabeth Cooper and Brendan Dwyer of JLL. Tishman Speyer was represented in-house by Blythe Kinsler and Kate Walker.
