Dallas-based Plano Vistas Ltd. sold a 41,170-square-foot office/warehouse in Park 10 at 16336 Park Row, Houston. The buyer, 16337 Park Row LLC, was represented by Marc Drumwright of Southwest Realty Advisors. Marshall Clinkscales of Colliers International represented the seller. Alamo Title Co.’s Tom Hamilton handled the closing.

The asset offers 9,920 square feet of office, and 21,500 square feet of warehouse space, as well as a loading dock and three surface areas. Built in 1980 and renovated in 1996, the building is situated on 2.6 acres, and was offered at an ask of $2.3 million.

Park 10 is a regional business center, developed by Wolff Cos. The master-planned development is in Houston’s Energy Corridor submarket.
