Offices Come to Market on Product-Scarce Upper East Side

Avison Young’s tri-state investment sales group is marketing the sale of 414 E. 75th St., a five-story, 29,115-rentable square-foot office building on Manhattan’s Upper East Side. The asking price is $22,950,000.

The building, which can be delivered vacant, offers an opportunity to purchase a distinctive office property in a neighborhood severely lacking in office product. Avison Young’s James Nelson is leading a team with David Lawrence, Carter Lovejoy and Joseph Rosenfeld.

“This uniquely designed property is a one-of-a-kind investment opportunity,” said Nelson. “A savvy investor can purchase this vacant property with the opportunity to either lease it to one of the many specialty office use tenants seeking space on the Upper East Side, or occupy it for their own use.”

The creatively-configured building is comprised of an original 14,050-gross-square-foot structure across five stories, with a rear annex spanning 12,214 gross square feet across two stories.
