Office Tower 555 Greenwich Opens in Hudson Square  

Hudson Square Properties (HSP), a joint venture of Trinity Church Wall Street, Norges Bank Investment Management, and Hines, has unveiled the 555 Greenwich, a 270,000-square-foot, 16-story office tower in Hudson Square.  

The building features a horizontal overbuild above the historic 345 Hudson. Retail spaces are on the ground floor, and the office space above offers various floor plates. Featured attributes across the buildings include 25,000 square feet of private outdoor space via 10 outdoor terraces and one 8,000-square-foot communal garden terrace; communal workspaces; art installations; event and conferencing space; game room; casual lounge and a fitness and wellness component.  

It incorporates sustainability and wellness features, including geothermal and radiant heating and cooling, to achieve LEED Platinum certification.
