Newton, MASS.-based REIT Office Properties Income Trust has elected Jennifer Clark as a Managing Trustee. Clark was elected to fill the vacancy caused by the resignation by David Blackman and will serve the remainder of Mr. Blackman’s term until she stands for election at the 2023 annual meeting. With the election of Ms. Clark, OPI’s Board is now 50% comprised of women.

Clark is Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of The RMR Group Inc. and a member of the RMR Executive Operating Committee. Clark has been a Managing Director of RMR since 2018 and is responsible for all legal matters affecting the RMR client companies. Clark also serves on the Boards of Five Star Senior Living Inc. and Sonesta International Hotels Corporation.
