Office Occupier Specialist Tom Rogers Joins CBRE in Seattle

CBRE has announced the appointment of Tom Rogers as a Vice President in the Bellevue, WA office. Rogers will specialize in office occupier representation in the greater Puget Sound region, with an emphasis on Eastside companies.

Prior to joining CBRE, Rogers was an advisor with Flinn Ferguson’s Seattle office, representing clients that spanned several sectors, including financial services, healthcare, law, life sciences, nonprofit and technology. The University of Washington alum has transacted 3 million square feet over his career.

“Tom is a respected expert among both tenants and brokers on the Eastside with a reputation for the highest levels of client service,” said John R. Miller, CBRE’s senior managing director of the Pacific Northwest in a news release.
