Office, Industrial Specialist Joins Kidder Mathews in Seattle

Kidder Mathews has welcomed Tyler Nicholes as a vice president at the firm’s downtown Seattle headquarters. Nicholes specializes in office and industrial investment sales and leasing.

Before joining Kidder Mathews, he was a top producer at Marcus & Millichap. Prior to brokerage, he spent over a decade in technology sales and marketing. Over the course of his career, he has negotiated more than 700,000 square feet of property, totaling over $70 million in value.
