Office, Hotel on Tap for Hartsfield-Jackson Airport

A 10-acre tract off the west exit of Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport in Atlanta, GA will be the site for a 440-room hotel, a conference center and 49,000 square feet of office space. The development will also include 776 parking spaces.

The Atlanta City Council has approved the project. Right now, the city-owned airport is in negotiations with developers on a 50-year lease. The project is expected to take three years to complete. A groundbreaking date was not specified.
