Office Development Coming to South End of Charlotte

A Class A, 83,000-square-foot office development will soon break ground at 2100 S. Tryon St., in Charlotte, NC’s historic South End. Vision Ventures, headquartered in Charlotte, will develop the asset. Tom FitzGerald with JLL will lead the company’s agency leasing team in marketing the asset. BB+M Architecture is the architect.

The Midtown/South End submarket is proving to be one of the Charlotte metro’s most attractive, especially given a 3.6% vacancy rate. 2100 South Tryon is a short walk from the East/West Boulevard light rail station, as well as within walking distance of restaurants and shops.

“2100 South Tryon is an amenity-rich project in an attractive location for Charlotte’s millennials and creative tenants,” said Ted Hill, vice president with Vision Ventures. Added JLL’s Barry Fabyan: “The location and office design make this project a home run.”
