Office Building Trades for $4M in Broward County

The 5950 Building in Lauderhill

Marcus & Millichap has brokered the $3.6 million sale of 5950 Building, a 41,070-square-foot office property in Lauderhill.

Located at 5950 W Oakland Park Blvd., the property was built in 1980 and houses multiple tenants in the medical industry. The property has recently undergone multiple upgrades including solar panels on the roof.

Alex Zylberglait and Michael Crocchiola of Marcus & Millichap’s Miami office represented the seller, a limited liability company, in the transaction. The undisclosed buyer will be using the building for medical services.
