Va Beach Office Building Commences Renovation

Divaris Real Estate has announced that major renovations will commence at Corporate Center IV, an office building in Virginia Beach. The property was recently purchased by OSS Village Avenue. Optima Health, the current tenant, will be vacating the building, allowing for interior renovations and the creation of office spaces tailored to tenant specifications.

“The building’s strategic location and premier features make it an attractive option for businesses looking to establish a presence in Virginia Beach’s Central Business District,” said Jason Oliver, senior vice president at Divaris. “Corporate Center IV offers prospective tenants the opportunity to refresh their work environment, starting from a blank canvas. The building’s central location, within walking distance of Town Center, is a major draw.”

Leasing responsibilities will be handled by Vivian Turok, Jason Oliver, and Ashley Beck of Divaris.
