Office and Medical Space on Tap for Brooks
Brooks, located in south San Antonio, expects to open its 43-acre Greenline Park in fall 2017. Also coming close to the park are two buildings – one office, one medical – totaling 110,000 square feet. Both buildings are being developed by JLL, with completion anticipated in 2018.
The first phase of the office building, dubbed The Waters Building, will contain 70,000 square feet of Class A office space. The 40,000-square-foot medical office building will be close to Mission Trail Baptist Hospital, at 3333 Research Plaza.
