Off-Road Vehicle Supplier Expands in Temecula

Bestop PRP, LLC signed a five-year, 43,171-square-foot lease in Temecula, CA. The suspension seat manufacturer for off-road vehicles will use the space as its headquarters.

Built in 1987 and situated on 4.87 acres of land, the property is located at 43350-43352 Business Park Dr. With this lease, the 91,326-square-foot building is 100% occupied. The space features 28-foot ceiling heights, a showroom, office buildout and skylights. An April 2019 move-in is planned, once a significant amount of tenant improvements are completed.

Avison Young’s Cody Lerner and Stan Nowak represented the tenant. The landlord, Temecula BP, LLC, was represented by Lee & Associates’ Scott Stewart and Gordon Mize.

“The tenant is more than quadrupling in size from its current 10,000-square-foot location within the Temecula Valley,” comments Lerner. “This larger facility will be used to expand operations in order to keep up with demand to produce more goods while increasing efficiencies.”
