Off-Market Sale of Limestone Oaks Includes 6.5 Developable Acres
The recent sale of Limestone Oaks and Townhomes at Limestone Oaks in San Antonio was an off-market transaction with 6.5 acres of developable land connecting the properties. A repeat client of Dallas-based The Multifamily Group purchased the properties.
The properties were built in 1981 and 1984 in the Northwest submarket of San Antonio. The previous owner, Harvest Equities, held both properties for 15 years.
The Multifamily Group’s managing director Bryce Smith represented the seller and procured the buyer.
“Harvest Equities’ professionalism made this a very smooth transaction. They were responsive to all inquiries and managed both properties extremely well for over 15 years,” said Smith.
