Odessa, Midland Take Top Spots in MF Rent Increases

Odessa and Midland, TX were ranked numbers 1 and 2, respectively, in RentCafe’s Apartment Market Report, Year End 2018. Pointing out that “the most spectacular rent changes usually take place in small markets,” the report indicated that year-over-year multifamily rent growth in Odessa stood at 21.8%, with Midland reporting a 21.4% increase from the end of 2017.
