Oden Technologies Renews Flatiron Lease with The Moinian Group
The Moinian Group has signed a 3,000-square-foot lease renewal with Oden Technologies at 10 West 18th Street in the Flatiron district. Oden Technologies, known for its AI-driven manufacturing software, will continue to use the 5th-floor space for its office operations. Gabriel Whitman of The Moinian Group represented the landlord, while Colliers represented the tenant.

10 West 18th Street is part of The Moinian Group’s Flatiron portfolio, which includes seven buildings totaling 122,000 square feet. The portfolio has recently secured 18,000 square feet of new leases with companies like Kids at Work, LineLeap, Yinova Management Company, PlayPlay, and Tej Beauty Enterprises, Inc.
