Oden Hughes Breaks Ground on 279-Unit Lenox 7th

Developer Oden Hughes LLC launched construction on Lenox 7th, a 279-unit multifamily development in East Austin. The project at 4910 E. 7th St. will include 28 income-restricted, affordable units. While market-rate units are expected to rent for between $1,560-$2,500 a month, the affordable units will be reserved for households earning no more than 80% of the median family income. Lenox 7th is also situated in a designated Opportunity Zone census tract.

OH Gonzales LP, affiliated with Oden Hughes, will make a $250,000 donation to East Austin Conservancy. The developer agreed to make the donation as it worked with the city of Austin and Govalle-Johnston Terrace neighborhood contact team to rezone the four-acre former commercial site on which the apartment complex is being built.

Lenox 7th will offer one- and two-bedroom units, ranging from 528-1,157 square feet. Amenities will include two resort-style pools, co-working space, and a fourth-floor skyline terrace.
