Oden Hughes Begins Work on 350-Unit Lenox Ridge

Developer Oden Hughes LLC has launched construction on the 350-unit Lenox Ridge, a 10-acre multifamily complex geared toward Northwest Austin’s mostly tech workforce. The project’s location at MoPac Expressway and Scofield Ridge Parkway, just north of The Domain, put the property in proximity to major tech companies including Apple Inc., Amazon Inc. IBM Corp. Oracle Corp. and Paypal Holdings Inc.

In addition to offering one, two- and three-bedroom apartments, the complex will provide a 1,600-squre-foot Community Work Studio geared toward co-working and workspace sharing. Residents will have access to private and community offices, as well as meeting rooms, WiFi printers, scanners and a hospitality bar.

“Lenox Ridge will allow young professionals to have the convenient, on-site workspace they need, without having to pay more for a larger apartment,” said oden Hughes’ Howell Beaver. The complex is scheduled for an early 2019 opening.
