ODA, Evergreen Trading Relocate to Olshan’s 99 Hudson

Newmark arranged 24,400 square feet of leases at Olshan Properties’ 99 Hudson St.in Tribeca. The transactions include 12,200 square feet for architecture firm ODA and 12,200 square feet for Evergreen Trading, a media investment agency.

Both tenants are relocating from elsewhere in Downtown New York. Newmark’s president, New York Tri-State Region David Falk and executive managing director Eric Cagner represented the landlord on both transactions.

“Tribeca always offered a uniquely different environment for an office tenant as compared to the hustle and bustle of other areas around the city,” said Cagner. “We felt that it would resonate if we made the process easy for tenants by creating high-end turn-key spaces, combined with the bespoke neighborhood in a Class A office environment– and we believe it has.”

ODA was represented by Lee & Associates NYC’s Richard Plehn, Lisa Ann Pollakowski and Woody King. JLL’s Michael Berman represented Evergreen Trading.
