OC Register Says ‘Goodbye’ to Santa Ana After 111 Years
The Orange County Register is planning to relocate its HQ next spring to Axis, a 300,000-square-foot, multi-tenant creative office campus located in Anaheim’s Platinum Triangle. The newsroom and business staff will relocate to 2190 Towne Centre Pl. from a five-story building on Grand Ave. in Santa Ana.
Axis is a five-building property located across the street from Angel Stadium that underwent a more than $12-million redevelopment. The contemporary work environment now includes such amenities as garaged-doored indoor/outdoor workspaces, a state-of-the-art fitness center, bike storage, bocce and ping pong areas, as well as a large outdoor community area.
Pendulum Property Partners’ Kevin Hayes is managing the development of Axis for owner San Francisco-based The Seligman Group.
Cushman & Wakefield’s John Harty and Jason Ward handle leasing at Axis.
