OC Industrial Properties Trade as Part of $263M Transaction

George Urban Advisors, in partnership with Five Horizons Partners and DRA Advisors, has acquired a portfolio of seven industrial properties in Orange County and Los Angeles County, CA. CBRE National Partners represented the seller, Link Logistics, in the reported $263 million transaction.

The assets encompass 45 buildings and 851,000 square feet, with the Orange County facilities both located in Laguna Hills and consisting of:

– The Row (pictured): a 25-building, 513,000-square foot complex on Avenida de la Carlota, Ridge Route Drive and Commerce Center Drive

– Plaza Del Lago: a three-building, 101,000-square-foot facility on Del Lago and Lake Forest Drives

“The Southern California industrial market continues to be one of the most resilient and challenging markets to penetrate nationwide,” said DRA Advisors’ Dan Goldman. “This collection of assets presents a unique opportunity to invest in multiple markets with prime in-fill locations, where there has been minimal development of small-scale industrial properties.”
