OC Development Management Bolsters Executive Team

OC Development Management has bolstered its professional team with the addition of two new hires and the promotion of two key executives. Joining the firm are John McGrath (pictured) as senior project manager, and James Robinson as VP of construction.

Meanwhile, Elizabeth Flynn has been promoted from operations director to VP of operations. Adam Kusinitz has been elevated from projects director to VP of project management. Flynn and Kusinitz joined OCDM from JLL and CBRE, respectively.

“The growth of our New York City office is just one of the many exciting developments that we have going on this year,” said Jonathan Ninnis, OCDM’s president. “With our new team now in place, they will help us expand our capabilities and expertise in all phases of construction, development, and design as we take on some of the largest and most complex redevelopment projects in the market today.”
