Oakmont Sweeps Up Broomfield MF for $91M
Oakmont Properties acquired Caliber at Flatirons, a 288-unit multifamily property in Broomfield, CO for $90.72 million. The seller of the asset at 13872 Del Corso Way was Greenwood, IN-based Garrett Companies.
Completed in 2019, the property offers a mix of one, two, and three-bedroom units, with 308,478 rentable square feet on more than 16 acres. Luxury resort-style amenities include a pool, grilling locations, an outdoor fireplace with seating areas, a fitness center and yoga studio.
CBRE’s Marc Ross represented the buyers. CBRE’s Dan Woodward, David Potarf and Matt Barnett advised the seller. CBRE’s Andrew Behrens arranged the financing.
Woodward says, “Executing a presale in the current environment is challenging, but with proactive cooperation between seller, buyer and the CBRE team, we were able to get the property leased, inspected and financed on time. The property was 80% leased at the time of sale, and is ideally located to benefit from future growth in the Boulder and Broomfield submarkets.”
