Oak Hills Duplexes Acquires Sierra Condo Apartments in Off-Market Deal

Oak Hills Duplexes LLC recently purchased Sierra Condo Apartments located in Bryan, TX in an off-market transaction for an undisclosed sale price. The buyer, who also owns student housing facilities in the local area, intends to continue using the property in its current function.

The three-story property located at 4306 Old College Rd. is situated on 2.95 acres and has the ability to accommodate 133 beds for either multifamily or student housing.

Chase Tucker and Taylor Tucker, a commercial real estate team with Coldwell Banker Commercial Capital Advisors, represented the buyer.

“Sierra Condo Apartments was an attractive acquisition to the buyer, as it’s a gated community with a swimming pool located less than a mile from Texas A&M University’s main campus. This property has been historically stable with 100 percent occupancy since its construction. The buyer views this acquisition as a great investment that will improve their overall portfolio,” said Chase Tucker.
