Oak Forest Apartments Change Hands in M&M-Brokered Deal

Marcus & Millichap has completed the sale of a 16-unit apartment property located in Oak Forest, IL. Deal terms were not disclosed.

Andrean Angelov, first VP investments, and Ryan D. Engle, SVP investments, both of Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, marketed the property on behalf of the undisclosed seller. They also represented the buyer, who was not identified.

Located at 15800 Central Ave. in Oak Forest, the property is comprised of eight one-bedroom/one-bathroom units, and eight two-bedroom/one-bathroom units.  It features newer windows and hot water heaters, as well as recently-remodeled units with updated kitchens, bathroom, and flooring.

The property features ample off-street parking and on-site laundry facilities, according to Marcus & Millichap. Public transportation is readily available, with the Oak Forest Metra station located one mile east, and Pace bus stops one block south of the building.
