Oak Coast Completes $163M Disposition of Denver MF

Los Angeles-based Oak Coast Properties completed the $163-million disposition of the Pembrooke on the Green Apartments in Denver. The buyer was Bridge Investment Group. The transaction is one of the largest apartment community sales in Denver by value in 2020.

Oak Coast Properties originally purchased the community – one of the largest in Denver encompassing 959 units – in 2016 and deployed an extensive renovation plan to the property as part of its value-add investment strategy.

Originally built during the 1974 to 1980 period, Pembrooke on the Green is located at 10700 E. Dartmouth Ave. in Southeast Denver, near the junction of I-225 and I-25, and within close range of Denver Tech Center, Downtown Denver, Fitzsimons Life Science District and Denver International Airport. The community’s units are set within 37 three-story buildings and offered as a mix of studios, one- and two-bedroom units.

NKF’s Terrance Hunt and Shane Ozment represented the seller.
