OA Management Taps Melody Frcek as VP of Property Management in Atlanta

Atlanta-based property management firm OA Management has hired Melody Frcek as Vice President of Property Management. In her new role, she will oversee the staff and operations of the 2.1 million-square-foot portfolio of sister company OA Development.

Frcek brings more than 23 years of experience to her role. She is charged with overseeing the property management staff and operations including policies, processes, accounting and engineering, for 13 properties and nearly 200 tenants primarily throughout the Southeast. Prior to joining OA Management, Frcek served as Lincoln Property Company’s senior portfolio manager, The RMR Group’s area director and First Industrial Realty Trust’s operation director.
