OA Management Hires Portfolio Pros to Build PropMan Infrastructure
Atlanta, GA-based OA Management has added Kinsey Hinkson as senior portfolio manager and Sandy Alley as portfolio administrator. OA Management manages sister firm OA Development’s office assets in GA and NC.
Kinsey Hinkson oversees property operations for the OA Development portfolio, which includes leading the property staff. She is involved in developing efficient and effective operating processes, building strong vendor relationships, and establishing property management standards. Hinkson also oversees the firm’s third-party management partners in NC.
She has been active in BOMA at local, regional and international levels since 2007.
Sandy Alley supports lease tracking, insurance and contract compliance, portfolio administration and project management initiatives. She has earned several BOMA property management certifications.
