OA Development Starts 700K-SF Logistical Hub Adjacent to Hartsfield-Jackson Airport
Atlanta, GA-based OA Development has broken ground on a latest Class A, light industrial development virtually adjacent to Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. The project, in combination with planned road improvements, represents an $83-million investment in Clayton County.
Plans for Victory Landing Logistics Center include five state-of-the-art buildings totaling 700,000 square feet on 90 acres adjacent to Interstate 285 in south Atlanta. Roughly 30% of the site is designated green space and wetlands for a park-like setting.
Phase I of the industrial park includes three buildings suitable that feature 32-foot clear heights. Building 100 (147,000 square feet) and Building 500 (220,000 square feet) are set to deliver spring 2023. Building 200 (150,000 square feet) is expected to be complete next summer. The additional two build-to-suit or speculative buildings with approximately 70,000 square feet and 105,000 square feet are planned for Phase II of the development.
