NYC’s Billion-Dollar Buildings
The top seven condominium developments in Manhattan each racked up total sales of more than $1 billion, just counting first-time sales by the developer.
And those seven top developments include two towers — One 57 and 432 Park Ave. — that are still selling units, and are each likely to top $2 billion in sales.
Central Park is still a prime attraction. Six of the top 10 buildings cluster around the southern edge of the Park. And nearly all of the top condo developments are in Manhattan, with the exception of one building, One Brooklyn Bridge Park, on the waterfront in Brooklyn Heights.
