NY Life Sells Carlsbad Office Asset for $27M
New York Life Real Estate Investors, on behalf of an institutional client, divested Centerpoint Plaza in Carlsbad, CA for $26.8 million. The buyer of the 97,823-square-foot, three-story office property was Hill Companies.
The Class A multi-tenant asset at 5901 Priestly Dr. was completed in 2007, and the steel-framed building has a two-story main lobby. It is roughly 87% leased to tenants that include Thomson Reuters, Wells Fargo, Colliers, and FBI. The location provides immediate access to both El Camino Real and Palomar Airport Road, within a growing executive residential and retail development.
NKF Capital Markets’ Brunson Howard, Kevin Shannon, Paul Jones, Ken White and Rick Stumm represented the sellers.
