NY JV Bringing Experiential, Interactive Complex to Las Vegas

There’s still time to join us at Connect Retail West this week. The conference is being held on January 25th at the Hurley Surf Club Pacific City in Huntington Beach, CA. Here’s where to get more information and register.

A joint venture between developer Fisher Brothers and creative agency Beneville Studios is planning AREA15 in Las Vegas. The unique concept encompasses 126,000 square feet of customized tenant space for a curated collection of experiential and retail businesses including immersive experiences, themed events, art installations, restaurants, bars and nightlife.

The New York-based JV plans to open the project at Sirius Avenue and Rancho Drive near Palace Station in mid-2019. New Mexico-based Meow Wolf, a multi-media production company, has signed on as the anchor tenant.

Fisher Brothers’ Winston Fisher says, “AREA15 is a radical re-imagining of retail. It will be a 21st century immersive bazaar and an entirely new concept in retail and entertainment.”

The project is expected to appeal to a variety of clientele, including gamers, comic-con and sci-fi enthusiasts, artists, music and festival lovers, and those looking for an immersive and unique experience.
