NY-Based Nassimi Acquires Retail in Cleveland Suburbs
New York-based development company Nassimi Realty has acquired Medina Grande Shoppes, a 150,000-square-foot retail complex in Medina, OH, within the Cleveland metro area.
The retail center is anchored by Ashley Furniture, Joanne Fabrics and PetSmart. The purchase price was not disclosed.
“Medina Grande Shoppes has an excellent tenant mix and we have a great deal of confidence in our ability to fill its vacancies,” said Oliver Nassimi, VP of Nassimi Realty. “This is our third property in Ohio, and it will make a valuable addition to our portfolio.”
Situated 33 miles south of Cleveland, Medina is home to nationally prominent employers such as Owens Corning, 3M and Tempur Sealy International. The city is surrounded by numerous four-year and two-year colleges and universities.
The seller of the property, the Zaremba Group, was represented by Richard Frolik of the Oak Brook, IL office of CBRE.
