NW Flex Space Leases Former Chainsaw Company Space

NW Flex Space inked a contract to take down a 205,000-square-foot industrial building at 3901 S.E. Naef Rd. in Milwaukie, OR. The building was once home to chainsaw company Blount International, which had used it as a manufacturing plant.

NW Flex Space, which has two additional spaces in Milwaukie, provides flexible warehouse spaces for light manufacturing and distribution companies. Additionally, company owner Jimmy Bruce will use part of the space for Luxury Vehicle Care, which he also owns.

Kidder Mathews’ Steven Klein and Peter Stalick negotiated the lease between the tenant and landlord Watumull Properties Corp. Watumull acquired the property in December 2015.
