Kidder Matthews Expands into Orange County

Seattle-based Kidder Mathews has expanded into Orange County, adding six brokers with extensive experience in the OC marketplace. The firm opened its 14th office in Irvine at 2 Park Plaza.

Kidder Mathews is one of the fastest-growing, independently-owned commercial real estate firms on the West Coast. It has grown to more than 550 real estate professionals and staff, and plans to increase its Orange County ranks to 30 by the end of next year.

The new hires include:
David Burback, an industrial specialist
Herb Grabell, an industrial specialist
Fouy Ly, a retail specialist
Ted Sawyer, an industrial specialist
Justin Helbig, a Life Science expert
Pete Beauchamp, an investment specialist

About Dennis Kaiser

Dennis Kaiser is Vice President of Public Relations and Communications for Connect Creative.
