Nuveen Snags Milford Industrial Facility for $52M
Nuveen Global Cities REIT has acquired One National, a 300,000-square-foot warehouse in Milford, MASS. The sales price was $52 million.
Located at 1 National St., the 34-acre property was built in 1972. The warehouse is currently fully-leased to Amazon on a long-term, triple-net lease. The e-commerce giant uses the property as a middle-mile sorting center. The site is nearby I-495 and is approximately 36 miles southwest of downtown Boston.
The property most recently sold in 2018, when Ardagh Group sold it for $4.1 million. In 2019, New Mill and Odyssey invested $7.5 million in capital improvements to the property, which previously served as a glass bottle plant.
