Nuveen Real Estate Sells 353K-SF Beltway North Commerce Center

Nuveen Real Estate ended its five-year ownership of Beltway North Commerce Center, selling the 352,680-square-foot industrial distribution center to High Street Logistics Properties. Trent Agnew, Rusty Tamlyn, Charlie Strauss and Katherine Miller with JLL represented the seller.

The property, which delivered in 2015,  is situated on 23.5 acres at 971 N. Sam Houston Parkway E., and is 100% occupied by Air General and DB Schenker.

“The Beltway North transaction is another example of continued interest from a deep buyer pool for industrial product both locally and nationally,” Agnew said. “This was our second transaction with the High Street team in the last 12 months here in Houston, as they continue to be a very active buyer.”
