Nuveen Real Estate Buys New Student Community near Kennesaw State University

Nuveen Real Estate has acquired 14 SixtyFive, a new 52-unit, 241-bed student-housing community in Kennesaw, GA near Kennesaw State University.

Teddy Leatherman, Stewart Hayes and Scott Clifton of JLL represented the seller, Fountain Residential Partners.

The boutique-style 14 SixtyFive features fully furnished two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom units with smart televisions, memory foam queen mattresses, stainless steel appliances, wood-style plank flooring, granite countertops, private bathrooms walk-in closets and balconies. Community amenities include study spaces on every floor, study lounge, gaming room, 24-hour fitness center, outdoor kitchen and pool.

14 SixtyFive is at 1465 Shiloh Road, one mile north of campus and walkable to Shiloh Square Shopping Center and the surrounding retail, including Kroger, Starbucks and Walgreens. The property is just off of I-75, which connects directly to Atlanta in 35 minutes.
