Nutrition Supplement Manufacturer Expanding to 685K-SF

Nutribiotech USA, a nutritional supplement manufacturer, indicated it would expand its research, development and production facilities in Garland, TX.  Specifically, the South Korean-headquartered manufacturer acquired 30 acres of the 110-acre former Raytheon campus at Jupiter and Miller Roads, with plans to renovate 375,000 square feet at the complex, and build a 250,000-square-foot structure  to link the facilities.

Nutribiotech manufactures more than 140 brands of nutritional supplements, and has operations in Australia, China and South Korea. It began operations in the Dallas suburb of Garland, at 3366 Miller Park Dr. South, in 2016.

Lanford Property Co. is building 800,000 square feet of industrial space on 41 acres of the old Raytheon campus. Southeastern Freight Lines and Ricky Rockets are developing the remaining acreage. Raytheon moved to Richardson, TX, another Dallas suburb, in 2016.
