Nutex Health Buys Shuttered Medical Facility in San Antonio
Nutex purchased the building at 4330 Vance Jackson in San Antonio and will turn it into a small-sized, hospital and emergency room. The 55,000 square foot facility at 4330 Vance Jackson, had been unoccupied. It was formerly the Nix Specialty Health Center.
Nutex specializes in micro-hospitals, specialty hospitals and outpatient care facilities. It owns 21 facilities in eight states, 10 in Texas.
“We are excited to bring our brand of medicine to the San Antonio Area. It’s a dynamic and fast-growing market and we are ready to serve the communities of Central Texas,” said Nutex’s Tom Vo.
Nutex is a publicly traded company. Their trading symbol is NUTX on the NASDAQ exchange.
