Nursing School Makes 75K-SF Commitment on North Side

Baum Revision, a Chicago-based real estate investment and development firm, signed a long-term lease with Chamberlain University, one of the nation’s largest nursing schools. The 75,000-square-foot commitment is at Riverview at Roscoe in the North Side’s Avondale neighborhood.

“We are thrilled to partner with Chamberlain University to build a state-of-the-art facility where our nation’s future healthcare professionals will learn how to deliver exceptional patient care, especially during this critical time,” said Baum Revision principal Scott Goldman. “We have tremendous admiration for the University’s mission and are honored that Riverview at Roscoe will play a critical role in the process.”

Formerly WMS headquarters, Riverview at Roscoe was acquired through a joint venture of Baum Revision and Dallas-based Meridian Capital from Scientific Games Corporation last March. It’s currently undergoing major capital improvements.

Stream Realty Partners’ Patrick Russo, Adam Showalter and Jessica O’Hara have been retained to lease and market the property.
