Nurses Union Inks Midtown East Location

The New York Professional Nurses Union, part of the Lenox Hill Hospital group, has signed a long-term lease for 3,948 square feet at 145 East 57th Street.

The space, located on the fifth floor, was previously at 241 East 75th Street. The full floor is 5,087 square feet, and the remaining 1,140 square feet on the fifth floor and the entire 5,067-square-foot sixth floor are still available for lease.

ABS Partners Real Estate, the building’s managing and leasing agent, represented the owner, 145 E. 57th Street Associates, in the deal. Brian Weld of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant.
