Nuance Nabs 34K SF at Agoura Hills Property

Nuance Communications signed a new 34,256-square-foot lease at 29903 Agoura Rd. in Agoura Hills, CA. The restructured lease reflects a strategic space reduction providing a rent savings and tenant concessions for Nuance, a provider of voice and language solutions for businesses and consumers.

NKF’s David Kluth and Josef Farrar represented Nuance, while owner Norm Kravetz represented his company, Realty Bancorp Equities, in the transaction. Kluth and Farrar represented TouchCommerce, NKF’s original client that Nuance acquired in 2016, on their relocation to the property in 2014.

“In 2018, we were re-engaged in advance of the firm’s lease expiration to conduct a competitive negotiation process,” said Kluth.

Farrar added, “After careful consideration of the compelling relocation options, Nuance decided to remain at 29903 Agoura Rd. in a reduced footprint of approximately 13%.”
