NRP, World Premier Investments Commence Construction of 184-Unit Metro Boston MF Project

NRP Group, in partnership with World Premier Investments, has started construction of Grayson Lofts at Wakefield Station, a 184-unit multifamily community in Boston’s northern suburb of Wakefield.

The project, which is located at 178 Albion St., is a redevelopment of a former three-story mill property that has been used previously as office space. A portion of the property will retain its office space, while the remainder will be redeveloped for residential use. Floor plans will consist of one and two-bedroom units.

Additionally, the team will build three more stories on top of the existing building that will also include residential space. Construction is expected to be completed in 2021.
