NRP Planning Casa Grande Affordable Housing Venture

The NRP Group is eyeing a 336-unit affordable multifamily residential community at 1400 N. Promenade Pkwy. in Casa Grande. The project will be financed under the 4% Low-Income Housing Tax Credit program. Final local government approval is expected soon.

AZBEX reports that the land, now farmland owned by Walton Global Holdings, is part of a 591-acre master plan.

The site is next to the soon-to-be-developed Promenade Village Build-to-Rent community site, and the Promenade Shopping Center lies to the south (photo).

The Casa Grande Apartment Homes will consist of a 9,500-square-foot clubhouse and 12 three-story residential buildings.

The clubhouse will include a resident lounge, business center, fitness center and community room. Other planned amenities include a dog park, swimming pool, barbecue area, soccer field and a volleyball court.

The NRP Group is the developer. The design firm is Biltform Architecture.
