NRG Energy Re-Ups at Parkway Center in Plano

Cushman & Wakefield arranged a 24,555-square-foot lease renewal for Fortune 500 company NRG Energy at Parkway Center III in Plano. Kim Lyon and Scott Hobbs represented the tenant in the lease negotiations, and Matthew Weiser of Stream Realty advised the landlord.

“Parkway Center III has been a fantastic home for NRG Energy due to its prime location in West Plano along the Dallas North Tollway, and they look forward to continuing to call it home,” Lyon said.

The 153,314-square-foot Class A office building at 2745 Dallas Pkwy. offers toll road on-off access to West Plano and North Dallas. Amenities include an on-site deli, two conference centers and abundant parking within the two structured parking garages.
