NPCG Arranges Sales in Charlestown, Leicester

Northeast Private Client Group (NPCG) arranged the $3,525,000 sale of 250 Main ST. in Boston’s Charlestown neighborhood. Investment associate Tom Egbers represented the seller and procured the buyer.

250 Main St. is a mixed-use property located in Charlestown. The property offers the buyer a well-positioned mixed-use asset in one of Greater Boston’s most sought-after urban neighborhoods, with strong residential and commercial demand driven by Charlestown’s proximity to downtown Boston and its waterfront, according to NPCG.

Separately, NPCG arranged the $5,400,000 sale of Leicester Gardens Apartments in suburban Leicester, MA. SVP, investments Taylor Perun represented the seller and procured the buyer.

Leicester Gardens Apartments is a 24-unit multifamily property located at 1671 Main St. in Leicester. According to NPCG, the property offers the undisclosed buyer a well-positioned residential asset in central Massachusetts, with convenient access to Worcester and the surrounding employment base along the Route 9 corridor.
