NPCG Arranges $12M Sale of Three Bridgeport Multifamily Properties

Northeast Private Client Group (NPCG) arranged the sale of five properties totaling 116 units in three transactions in Bridgeport, CT. The combined sale price was $12,215,000. The properties included 838 Wood Ave., 125 Granfield Ave. & 165-199 McKinley Ave., and 1795 North Ave.& 25 St. Stephens St., all in Bridgeport.

Managing director, investments Brad Balletto and senior associate Rich Edwards with NPCG represented the seller and procured the buyer in all three transactions. “All three of these transactions featured the same seller,” said Balletto. “I am grateful for the trust that they placed in me to represent them in the very important assignments. Congratulation to each of the three buyers on what I expect to be very successful investments.”

The properties all feature convenient access to downtown Bridgeport and are easily commutable to major area employment, according to NPCG.
