Now Open in Flower Mound: PPG’s Largest Distribution Center

PPG opened its new, 450,000-square-foot distribution center at 1001 Lakeside in Flower Mound, TX, northwest of Dallas. The center, located in Duke Realty’s Lakeside Ranch Business Center, is the company’s largest for architectural paints and coatings in the company’s U.S. and Canadian networks.

The distribution center can store in excess of four million gallons of more than 4,500 types of paint and coatings products. Furthermore, the facility serves more than 1,000 PPG Paint stores, as well as national and independent regional retailers.

“PPG is committed to making significant strategic investments in the architectural coatings business,” said PPG senior vice president Tim Knavish. “This facility is another example of our dedication to growing the business and strengthening our overall distribution strategy.”
